Please accept this letter of satisfaction for the outstanding service I have received from your company not once, but twice within 30 day time frame. I'd been forewarned by the dealership (prior to repairs being made to my vehicle) that very few extended warranty companies fulfill their contracts. The service manager was amazed at the ease and professionalism exhibited by your company.
I even had a male representative (from Auto Services) call me on the phone to assure I was happy with services I received. Rarely customer oriented businesses take the time to assure customers receive quality care.

It is so much easier to work with people who respect you enough to listen and let you explain a situation and try to be fair in what is covered and what is not.
